Crocodile Dundee Fights Tax Man

http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegrap...015795,00.html

You gotta love the story of the "Crocodile Dundee" movie. Hogan himself personally invested in the first movie, which ultimately became Australia's biggest movie ever, grossing over $350m worldwide and Hogan ultimately made over $200m from that movie and the subsequent movies & merchandise etc. Australia tourism profited in a major way too. He married Linda Kozlowski, the woman in the movie.

Amazing how one lucky move in the industry can be such a big score. I remember when the movie came out, it was a brilliant idea at the time.

The second movie was good, if a little corny.... too many happy - happy scenes like the one when she gets rescued

The man behind it all, his business partner John Cornell (The guy who played his idiot friend Strop for those of you who remember the Paul Hogan Show) made even more than Hogan. He also married Delvene Delany, and she was hot in her Sale of the Century days.

He owns about half of Byron Bay in Northern New South Wales.
