I used to use peroxide as mouthwash and it really well. Can't be good for your teeth longterm though.

Crest whitening strips work pretty good. I do work for a lot of Dentists and they all tell me that works just as good as the dentists whitening trays if you use them daily.

Whitestrips work as advertised.
I would suggest using them while in the shower, so you can spit the excess bleach out. Also, never use them for more than 10 or 15 minutes for a couple of weeks. Anything more is overkill. |
