I used to use peroxide as mouthwash and it really well. Can't be good for your teeth longterm though.

Why can't you go to the dentist?

Crest whitening strips work pretty good. I do work for a lot of Dentists and they all tell me that works just as good as the dentists whitening trays if you use them daily.

baking soda and proxide.. but probably bad for your teeth long term.. sure helps thou.

Whitestrips work as advertised.

I would suggest using them while in the shower, so you can spit the excess bleach out. Also, never use them for more than 10 or 15 minutes for a couple of weeks. Anything more is overkill.

i just brush my teeth everyday they stay plenty white that way.
