Most would be underground printed (i.e. super small print houses) or self printed.
Then there really only is two comic distributors in the US, hell it may be one now. Look for Diamond Comics.

Though comic sales suck serious ass, you also better be pre printing a lot of shit and be ready to eat serious dirt. Even the big companies no longer have decent distribution numbers after greed killed the comic business about a decade ago.

I run xmics.com and may be interested in listing/buying yours depending on how they look.

any for the start

I was googling .. yeah found some publishers but they dont have such services at least they dont have such infos on their sites, maybe if I conact them I will find out more.

Just curious if there are any ready to go services - I give my works, pay some fees they print them and maybe they have some retailers netoworks also.

Another way - if there are any magazines that would like to have toon sections?

Diamond Comics is pretty much the only distributor for American comics in the world. If you want to go the independent route (publishing yourself) you need to get you comic submitted to the Previews catalog, they have a separate Adult Previews catalog. Once you submit it you will probably be talking to Steve Leaf or Robert Randle. Here is some contact info
http://vendor.diamondcomics.com/publ...s=254&ai=36165

Hit me up if you have any questions about the red tape at Diamond. I worked there a few years ago as a CS Rep then a Brand Manager.

lots of comics are published via a print on demand company like lulu.com then sold through amazon.

no idea whether they allow adult though.
