Sarah when any host gets so bad you need to make a post about them to get their attention well it's time to get rid of that host. There are a few very good hosts being mentioned here so do yourself a big favor and talk to them and make the move. Remember History repeates itself so no BULL or credits will change the future.

Sarah I moved to Techiemedia many years ago after having the same hosting problems that you are and all I can say is it was the best decission I ever made in this biz. My hosting problems completely dissappeared and I can now focus on making money. The Techie crew has my back covered and the prices are good but the Support is superb !!
