Since my teens, no I haven't read him, mainly because I don't have much time to read anything unnecessary - busy reading texts of real scientists and philosophers (Isn't Nietzsche just an author actually? If not, what has he contributed to the science?)

I didn't compare Nietzsche and Hitler. I mentioned them in the same sentence. If there is something similar between those guys, they just probably considered themselves to be superior compared to other people, were mentally ill, and are now dead.
