This is a screen shot of an actual program.
Originally i was simply looking for a flash banner blocking system for XP. But i found this quite amusing. With this program you can literally block all things "fun" on a computer.  They should have called this the "SS gestapo LOCK"

WTF?
Why the hell would you want to do that to a personal computer? If it ran across a network, I could see it being used at companies.
