Originally i was simply looking for a flash banner blocking system for XP.

But i found this quite amusing. With this program you can literally block all things "fun" on a computer.

Why the hell would you want to do that to a personal computer? If it ran across a network, I could see it being used at companies.

Any company that cares generally filters traffic.

You may as well padlock the on/off switch on the PC, same thing.
