Feedback Forms Help
Hey, I'm looking for a good place to create feedback forms?... I want to be able to have a surfer fill out a form I make, with information I need.

Have a look at FormMail.
http://www.scriptarchive.com/formmail.html Fairly easy to set up if you have minimal CGI experience...

do it with PHP.... it's simple and you're fully in control of what you're doing. I heard formmail isn't that great that it has many flaws.
