RIAA throws in the towel on the "make available" case law
that has been proping up most of the cases people here have been cheering
http://recordingindustryvspeople.blo...in-making.html it seems they have backpeddled on the case to avoid the automatic appealiable trigger for all the cases they had "Won" based on the bogus arguement of law. it is to bad that did not happen however it does mean that fair use proponents like me no longer have to worry about this stupid legal arguement.
