Best TGP/Link List software - GoFuckYourself.com

What is good on the shelf software for sale these days for TGP / Link list management? We are doing some changes on one of our sites that will include taking gallery submissions. We can write in house no problem but there was good software out there 5 years ago that could be purchased so i assume there is now ;).
