Turning a completed video into a flv or cutting a video into peices is easily handled by one of the zillion freeware programs available on the interwebs..... and on one of the many $500 computers I have to do it with.

If your lady friend wants a real job tell her to get naked, or to learn more skills then a freeware program that takes 20% of my cpu.
