            All my "lady friends" get naked and cum on camera for me, and we won't even discuss what I get them to do off camera, since I'm a softcore only shooter. Turning a completed video into a flv or cutting a video into peices is easily handled by one of the zillion freeware programs available on the interwebs..... and on one of the many $500 computers I have to do it with.

            If your lady friend wants a real job tell her to get naked, or to learn more skills then a freeware program that takes 20% of my cpu.

                                                $12 per hour of video sounds reasonable to me... I don't look at it as the cost of converting, but more as the cost of having someone cut up, convert and then CHECK IT which is what takes the real time.
