Camcorder purcahse advice
HI ALL,
We want to buy a HD camcorder etc - weve been told these 2 are good - any others or advise appreciated ? thanks. Sony Handycam HDR-SR10 Sony Handycam HDR-SR12 Panasonic HDC-SD5

I have the Sony HD SR5 I think it is. Nice little camera and great quality. I would go with a sony any day.

For the price weve heard this is really good ?
panasonic.com.au/products/details.cfm?objectID=3962 and the Sony HDR-SR12 is more expensive etc Just so spoilt for choices and not sure ! Anymore feedback greatly appreciated !

I bought the Panasonic HDC-SD5 a few months ago. It's a great camera. No experience with the Sony HD cams.

ok thanks - im so confused the Panasonic HDC-SD5 seems best option as its 3ccd its price is cheaper and its still HD etc
but the Sony HDR-SR12 is not 3ccd and is more expensive but is still hd. Just not sure what other differences.
