Webcams.com affiliate program is a nice one, you get paid even if they don't buy credits etc.
For revshare I'd go with Streamate from Money Tree

camgirlshide.com users seem to prefer hotcams.com about 4:1 over any other cam site I promote. Personally, I like the quality of the cams on privatefeeds.com.
On the flip side, I've seen privatefeeds.com banners on some illegal tube sites recently so I'll probably be taking them off camgirlshide.

I have pretty good conversion rates with each of the ones linked in my sig. The best way to find the perfect program for you traffic, is to try out each of them and compare your numbers.
