Cheap shot by Gary Roberts...

Did you just see that shit? He sucker punched Frazen. Is that a suspendable offense?

Yeah, I was just hoping for a great series...maybe taken to game seven. But two shutouts in a row...wow! Then again the Pens are pretty tough to beat at home.

looked worst than it was... Frenzen didnt miss a shift... Now, if you just come back from a concussion and someone hit you so hard that you drop like a bag of rocks on the ice, you shouldnt come back in the game just for precaution, especially when its 3-0... Frenzen knew he wasnt hurt, it was a shove more than a punch.. so he obviously embellished it... He must have taken some notes from 2008 Oscar hopeful Chris Osgood btw... I bet soccer players are watching his games and taking notes!

no goals in two games of the Stanley Cup Final - Penguins just weren't ready for a Stanley Cup final - gotta blame their coaching staff.

and Malkin is on his way to staining his reputation - i heard that he was quoted as saying he was 'tired' - hahaha can you imagine ANY Canadian or American player EVER admitting publically they were tired.

Paraphrased from a conversation I had earlier with my friend via phone (he's obviously a huge Wings fan).....

"One thing I found interesting was that magical diving goal that Fillpula scored in the third. The announcers barely made mention of it (other than to comment that it was a 'highlight reel' goal) and they only showed the replay 2 or 3 times. Now if it had been Sidney Crosby who made that same goal the guys in the booth would have creamed their pants and they would have halted play for like ten minutes while they showed it from every possible camera angle fourteen times in slow motion."

I love the pens but they have looked outmatched in these two games. Osgood has been amazing and the Detroit forwards have been brilliant at containing the speed and explosiveness of the Pen forwards. Hopefully when they go to Pit and they get the last change they will get some better matchups and can make a series out of this.
