I checked on the support tickets and see that one of techs did reply to you a few days ago with the following info: "We have turned off Safe Mode for the domain www.topbikeshop.co.uk. If you would like to turn off safe mode for all your domains please let us know and we will help you with that." If you are still having trouble regarding this please reply back to that ticket describing the issue so our techs can assist you.
