So underwhelmed, I'm forcing myself to keep playing hoping it gets as good as all these console fanboys say it is. I'm about 20% finished after 2 weeks.

As a PC gamer, I can tell you (exclusive) consolers that you don't know what you're missing. I can't believe this game is getting such rave, jizz splattering reviews. It's just OK.
