Just some facts that people gloss over time and time again:

1) Nick was not drunk. His BAC what about that of having one beer. Because he's a minor there's a 0 tolerance, but if it was you or me driving, there would be no alcohol related charge.

2) Nick is a licensed drift racer. Saying he can't drive a car is kind of stupid. Chances are that kid can out drive you.

Now that being said, it's still irresponsible. Nick AND the victim have to take responsibility here. That kid got in that car, knowing Nick, knowing the car. You'd have to imagine that if the situatiosn were reveresed, that kid could have EASILY been driving the car. That is to say, I doubt he'd have turned down a hot sports car and said "No, I'm not going to drive this car like an idiot, I'm a responsible young man.".

Well you know what I'm getting at. Yes he's still a kid, no he's not a super star driver. I'm just saying that he's probably a better driver in a 600+ horsepower car than lots of others would be. He's still an idiot though.

1) what does 0 tolerance mean to you? I think underage drinking is illegal and driving under the influence if it was 1 ore 10 beers deserves a major ass whoopin. What if the little punk threw one back and killed your mom. Would be a total different story i suspect.

2) FACT: Nick is a shitty driver. He is licensed because Hulk bought it for him. Ever see him try to race? He crashed multiple cars with horrific driving skills.

I never said he was drunk, and alchohol is not an excuse for driving like a prick anyways. His parents raised him to believe he was above the law and they lost. I hope they get a reality show that pays well because after those tapes any jury will stick it to them.
