Hey, I've totally loaded up the winamp, jamming hardcore and fucking around at http://games.yahoo.com (taking a little break from work...getting burned out.....

Anyways, I figured sicne I get hit up about obscure bands, I'd start posting some recomended bands...most of these bands are hard to find info on because most have only released one or two albums or are pretty obscure (a lot of good shit that's out of print (thank god for MP3's and Kazaa).

Today/This week's pick is
Unforgiven "Unforgiven"
A blend of punk, country, marching band, guitar rock, military type drumming and cheesy western/war lyrics...not my typical thrash/speed/death metal stuff....

They only released one album and that was this self-titled debut. It's almost impossible to find, so you'll have to settle for downloading the MP3's from their website http://www.roverpack.com. Their standout songs are "I Hear The Call", "All Is Quiet On The Western Front", "Cheyenne" and a bizarre version of "Amazing Grace" called "Grace"...

To further add to the complications, there is a German band also called Unforgiven, but they suck dog's ass. Don't accidently get any of that teutonic shite.

So, check it out and then check back here for my next obscure pick. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, in about 2 weeks, we'll have daily hosted galleries for DarkDollars webmasters (and we've paid our $750 to CCBill, so there's no worries about not getting your money).
