I've heard it's even higher of a penalty if you click on "magic join links".

Who would enforce it?

The people who can profit from it.

Sue the people who don't buy to protect the rights of those who do buy. The pirates are always saying it should be free if it's on the Internet, they have a right to share etc. Yet they are the last people who want to see a free Internet, they are parasites living off those who pay. Same goes for what ever product is being stolen, the thief expects the buyers to pay for his theft.

I can see the music industry going for it. At least suing those doing the uploading.

I've heard it's even higher of a penalty if you click on "magic join links".

Yes but from it might come something.

The problem today with protecting your product from pirates is the cost. Turn the costs into profit and it becomes a lot easier.

Post that link on a file sharing forum and watch the pussies piss themselves. They tell you it won't happen, thay can hide and call you names. But it scares them.
