I've noticed lately that the aftereffect of comsuming large quanties of alcohol leaves very, very depressed. It's one of the worsrt, and most unhealthy drugs IMO.

this is probably true... at sundays im psychologically vonarable (sp?) and always think about my life and shit, pretty damn depressed from time to time. Just fight fire with fire and start drinking again, or dont drink at all.. heh

Some months it is 4 or 5 days in a row and then none the rest and other months it is 3 days a week. I would say about 5-6 is average. I am cutting it back now.

Damn...I drink way too much... I drink about 3 to 4 times a week. I drink about a half gallon of red wine each time I drink.

Although, I feel healthy, in shape and do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at least 4 times a week. I only drink after working out and have a meal afterwards.

sometimes only 10 - 15 times, but I make them count! Earlier this year i cut down to lose some weight and I noticed I got a lot more stressed. Recently I've been drinking more - every day last week/end...much better. I think its good for you

I drink almost everyday, at least 1 cup of wine before going to bed, that`s part of my ritual. Of course I drink much more on weekends, but during the week usually is just a cup.

For some doctors if you drink at least 1 alcoholic drink a day, you are alcoholic. Also, for example some doctors recommends to drink 1 cup of wine everyday because it´s healthy for the heart.

So, there is not true in this, if you FEEL the amount of alcohol you drink everyday/week doesnt hurt you and you can control it, then fuck the "cientistic statistics", we know what`s ok for us.
