I drink either 30, 31, 28, or the occasional 29 days a month. depends how much you drink that you could be an alcoholic. One beer or a glass a wine each day is a good thing

Depending on the month it can vary from 15 to 25, so average 20 days... many of which involve a beer with dinner, followed by a couple afterward, or a nightcap before going to bed.

Being an alcoholic is not related with how often or how much you drink. It is related with the NEED !

If you drink a little everyday but you don't feel the need and are able to not drink for several days if you decide to, then you're not an alcoholic.... If you drink once a week but NEED it, then you have a problem...

That's the way I've always seen it, but really I don't think it matters to your liver either way.

That said, I'm usually out partying every night or every second night... way too much, but I'm still young so fuck it.

Last time I had any alcohol to drink was during Costa Rica bash and even then I had like 4 alcohol drinks during entire event.

I cook with it often though.

Probably depends more on how much you drink and what you are drinking. To me there is a big difference between a couple glasses of wine with dinner and drinking hard liquor. Also the "need" factor as someone mentioned already and does the drinking have a negative effect on your overall life.
