Can anyone give me a small VPS for free? Pretty please?
I know it's a lot to ask, and it's completely non-porn related, but could anyone offer me a really small VPS account for free? I don't need to host anything on it at all - I only need syslogd running so that I can use it as a remote logging host to see why my router (which is running the third party Tomato firmware, so can log to a remote log host) seems to reboot every so often.

Just fire up a vps on your own computer? Or just setup linux on that old 486 that you have in the back of your garage?
