Breakfast Dinner Tonight! Who likes it? What's your favorite?
Seems like we always end up eating a "Breakfast Dinner" at least once a week around my house so this weekend at the grocery store I decided to go with one of my favorites... Eggs Benedict
Nothing like the creamy Hollandaise sauce ladled over a freshly grilled slice of Canadian bacon, a slice of buttery cheese and a steamy poached egg all on a nicely toasted Englixh muffin... ummm Throw in some fresh sliced cantaloupe, strawberries and a little Kona coffee and I'm in heaven ![]() What about you guys? Any more favorites or suggestions for a nice "Breakfast Dinner"? _

Breakfast dinners rock, my Mom would do that now and then when I was a kid. As kid I thought pancakes for dinner was the coolest thing in the whole world. lol

Anytime is a good time for breakfast.
It must include biscuits and gravy. A bacon, cheese and jalapeno omelette is preferred. |

I have more than one favorite breakfast dinner! While I do love eggs benedict, I also love:
1. Fluffy buttermilk pancakes with home fries 2. Thick French toast w/ powdered sugar and syrup 3. Belgian waffles with whipped cream & strawberries 4. I'm from Hawaii, so this will sound weird to everyone else...an over easy egg broken over rice, mixed with soy sauce. With bacon. Yum! (If I were a true Hawaiian, I would have Spam.) |
