95% are lying, some of the refund requests I get are ridiculous...
My little boy's best friend was abducted by aliens and forced to purchase your guide, he's attempted to print it all out and can't as you have some anti theft software, please refund me as my wife is sick and my dog got run over yesterday... I follow with a nice reply, but what I really mean is: Fuck off you thieving hahahaha!  |

98% of chargebacks are due to the credit card being either a joint account with their spouse or they stole their girlfriend's CC#.
The most common thing I hear is, "my husband didn't do this!" I say, "well, why is his name and your complete address listed on the account?" They say, "you must have stolen my credit card number!" *sigh* |
