hahaha This is funny. The bitch that lives under us complains about the same thing. The first day she moved in she came up and banged on our door whining that her baby couldn't sleep. I told her to shut the fuck up and slammed the door in her face. She called me a racist and I told her if she ever knocks on my door again I'd call the cops on her and report her aggressive behavior to management. Problem solved. I'm guessing she's on probation and doesn't need the cops hanging around.

She's got 4 kids with 4 daddies and at any given time, one or all of them is in foster care. She beats them all the time but I don't care, I'd beat those little shits too.

The only other problem we've ever had was when some crack whore moved in across the hall from us. That didn't last long though because after a few days, some homies from Detroit paid a visit and beat her boyfriend to death in the hallway. Fucking bloodbath. I left for 20 minutes and missed all the fun.

What really sucks is that when we moved in, these were very nice upper bracket apartments. Then they opened it up to welfare fucks and the place went to shit so now I still pay a fortune, they pay nothing, and the place is overrun with savages.

i did the exact same thing with the losers in the apartment beneath me a few years ago when I lived in sydney - they played this one backstreet boys song OVER AND OVER really loudly.. that back street's back alright!" one with the bass line that travels through floorboards... i think they only had the single.. anyway.. being a bit of a musician i've got a stageamp.. so i hooked it up to my stereo, put it up against the window and turned it up to 10.. 3 is LOUD.. 10 was incredible.. i don't think i've ever had it up that high before.. people in the apartments across the street were on the balconies yelling at me.. fucking pussies. don't fuck with the guy with bigger audio.
i also fantasised about killing their pet birds which woke me up at 6:00am each morning. i was going to use a water pistol to spray a concentrated nicotine solution into their water trays.. nothing makes me more insane than being woken up by screeching hours before i want consciousness... WHO THE FUCK OWNS PARROTS IN AN APARTMENT BLOCK?

I had a guy that I lived with that used to get so freaked out when when he could hear the people above move around upstairs, but it's part of living in an apartment for christ's sake. Get to know them a little bit and then when you hear the kids racing around making some noise maybe it'll make you smile a bit that they are having a little fun. Besides they are kids, try not to turn into the mean old man downstairs that we all have to tippy toe around or he'll get pissed and then we get yelled at. That is a classic way to start a negative co-dependence.
Take the little guys to the beach with you and teach them to surf, wear them out and then when you get home they will be too tired to stomp on the floor and everyone is happy.

I used to live in a complex that was full of Hondurans and El Salvadorians. You should have heard the circus music my upstairs were playing. Talking to those esaes doesn't do a thing. It took a big ass argument, pepper spray, the Fire Department, and lastly the Police to break up something that almost turned into a murder scene. I got a bottle broken over my head (thank god it didn't hurt), I openly threatned every last one of those wetbacks out in the main parking lot.

That's the ONLY thing that got them to stop. Mass ignorance to the extreme!

I eventually moved. I couldn't afford to get into fights every other weekend with those wetbacks doing something stupid all of the time.

But we also paid 2k a month for rent, so no-one said shit, except for one family....but we scared them to death & never had another complaint.
