That really sucks.
I couldn't live like that. Let alone go to Iraq. Sucks that someone in the army that should be handling building maintenance completely dropped the ball and is not doing their job. I wouldn't be surprised if that person got cut and nobody even realizes it So their isn't even anyone to watch or do the work.
