Once for plagiarizing a digital art piece... I fought this one and end of the day, had it cleared from my record. Art teacher thought my piece was too good and had to have been scanned... I saved and presented working files to the district and was found to be right of course.

Once for commercial usage of the computer labs at school... I was running promotions teams for bands and a few larger companies using the schools computer network... ooops.

Besides that I was a pretty well behaved school kid, was to busy working and trying to hook up with cute chickies to get in much trouble.

Only threatened suspension once. My legal mind was hard at work when I came up with the excuse that since the event was on a different school's campus, and I was rooting for the other team, I was not technically at a "school event" so they had no jurisdiction.

If my argument had not worked I would not be here today.

As far as things I "could have been" suspended or expelled for, I do not have time to create the list.

Reminds me of a similiar episode I had in college during a video production assignment. We had to put together a 15-min. video 'about ourselves' - and since I'd been shooting video both amateur and professionally for years prior...I had a ton of interesting and unique footage to edit together for the assignment.

I put the entire project together like a rapid-fire music video, with a ton of quick edits of visually interesting footage, added an original guitar soundtrack (supplied by a buddy), digital titling...the works.

In the end, during the class presentation...the instructor thought it was "too good" and accused me of using footage from sources other than my own. I simply told him to pick any segment and I'd show him the original raw camera footage - but with the provision he'd owe me a $100 bucks for the false accusation.

He never took me up on the challenge - and wound up giving me a B on the assignment.

I Was kicked out of school for faking a live execution. I made it look like one kid shot and killed another (back before bringing guns to school was a bad thing)

Never went back to school after that.

I had some kids at school that decided to fuck with me. So I gathered up a big group of friends, about 50 or so, had them circle around this one dude and I jumped in the circle and whooped his ass. He couldn't leave through the sea of people circled around the lockers.

I guess I had a lil gangsta in me.

Gave the kid 2 black eyes and went for lunch with my pops after they suspended me.

The crime was well worth the time. No one messed with me after I made that statement.

mostly vandalism....I didn´t messed with the teachers... those where the ones who allways saved my ass...

- Hit the principal, a woman, in the eye with a snow ball. She had a black eye for a week.

- Fighting a couple times
- Gleeking on another kid (a light form of spitting)
- Numerous times for dresscode
- Putting gum in the "teacher's" chair during in house suspension. That turned into a real suspension!
- Peeing on a kid's show that was in the urinal next to me. My "Bad aim" excuse didn't work
- Graffitti in the boys bathroom
- Talking back a few times to teachers and disrupting class
- Multiple truancies

The best part was that I was an A/B student, and they could never justify sending me elsewhere ;)

Needless to say, I went to college, graduated with a 3.4 and actually did ok with myself. I'm now a pretty quiet guy.

Never suspended, was almost arrested my freshman year of high school though.

The k-9 police officer had his suv parked next to a group of picnic tables we sat at while waiting for the bell to ring at the end of PE. His dog was in the back seat with the window cracked, barking like crazy at the 40 some odd kids standing around.

After a minute the dog-cop-guy came up to us and picked me out of the group, said he recognized my shoes from underneath the suv and I had been standing right next to the vehicle antagonizing his animal. Now not I or anyone else got near the vehicle, the dog was freaking scary.

He searched and handcuffed me and I sat in the principals office for a while, but he got a 911 call and decided not to arrest me. I missed the bus because of this and had to call my parents to come pick me up, my mom and my grandma who happened to be visiting came and got me then drove to the police station. They spent the better part of an hour in the police chiefs office screaming at the dog-cop-guy, the chief made him come out and apologize to me, lol.

What's really funny, the following year of school, I was sitting in class and overheard "did you hear about that kid last year that got arrested for trying to have sex with a police dog?" :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Oddly enough, I only got suspended once, and never got expelled.

The thing I got suspended for was skipping half a year of school.

The things that had no consequences whatsoever:
- bringing a spacecake to school and giving it to half a dozen people, who all got high as fuck (spacecake was taken by the principal, and given back at the end of the day)
- snorting meth in chemistry class (teacher told me I should work that hard more often)
- getting caught having sex with a 14 year old girl in an empty classroom (teacher asked if I and the girl were dating... wtf?!)
- drinking beer during Latin class (teacher told me I could, as long as I kept working)
- doing a striptease during Ancient Greek (teacher told me to put my clothes back on)
etc.

It's a wonder I ever made it to university.

Punched a teacher once. Another time we had to hand in notes about teachers. One of the comments was for a guy called Mr. Jasper. I wrote down, Well he's a wanker isnt he. We all had to hand in the notes to him....

Worst thing would have to be "hacking" a japanese girls computer using Sub7, disabling her keyboard and mouse and playing the Paris Hilton sex tape full screen with the sound on max. We walked out of the library. 15 minutes later, the librarians were just staring at the pc, film still playing. They didnt think about off button or powercable :1orglaugh

i got into a lot of trouble in the penitentiaries i served in but no suspensions - i don't remember anybody getting suspended from school, I don't think the school boards I was in believed in them - how is that a punishment for a kid, a suspension is a holiday from school. The only reason I could see for ever suspending a kid is if he's a physical danger to other students and faculty members - or dealing drugs on school property.

ha - every teacher knew that half the kids in their classes were stoned, they knew exactly where it went on, a courtyard that was sunk down into the ground we called 'The Bathtub' - they didn't care at all.

Oddly enough, all those things actually happened.

I'm pretty sure the chemistry teacher didn't realize I was snorting meth, though.
