X-Cart shipping problem. Anyone know X-Cart well?
No matter what I add in the shipping rate area, it just refuses to add the shipping costs to the product.
Is there something else I have to do or could it be an error? Thanks |

Are your permissions OK to write to your files? I run one X-cart and manage another one, and never had that problem.
Their Forums are of more help then the support staff that has a lot of difficulty with english ...

in Admin ===> Management ====> shipping Methods ===> select Carrier ===> make sure that " active " is checked.
In the product profile, make sure that " free shipping " is not checked.
