Um, wow
I'd heard about this for awhile...a horror movie/opera about a futuristic society in which companies sell organs...then repossess them when the recipient falls behind on payments...and featuring...Paris Hilton

It was made by the guy who did the last couple Saw movies...

could be good or could suck, but will be interesting for sure...
