Percentage program or per order payout? Which one of these will bring more $ in a longer period? Any people experienced with cams.com?

Neither. They HEAVILY aid in content theft so I don't promote them. This goes for most cam & dating products.

OK, lazycash, and what do you suggest? Will sign as your downline if it's good.. a program with translations in at least some of these languages for European traffic like Swedish, German, Spanish, French, Italian is prefered ...

It does not matter which program you use if you are in it long term use revshare, if you are in it for the short term use PPS.
