You are not comprehending. When you posted stats on deaths under Clinton, you included all deaths including suicide, illness, and accidents. Under Bush, you didn't include these numbers. These numbers are listed on page 11 of the report you linked to. You simply left them out when you posted them.

I don't see why this is hard to understand. Just go to page 11 of that report that you cited.
