Scheduling file copying instead of backup
I'm looking for an easy way to regularly copy certain working directories and files from my PC hard drive to an external hard drive. I have regular backups scheduled but I'd prefer to be able to access these files directly on the external drive to copy them back to my PC or to another PC instead of having to restore from backups.
Any suggestions? PK

Pick up something similar to that... NAS gives you all your data wherever you are on your network, and outside of as well depending on your setup.

I was going to suggest the same thing. Write a batch file to do the copying and then use scheduler to determine the dates/times you launch it.
