Tube sites who comply with DMCA take down request are no more theives then you are living off the avails of prostitiution with your empire.
When they jump thru the legal hoops of the DMCA safe harbour provision, they legitimize what would other wise be an illegal act, just like when you film the sex scene you legitimize what would normally be the illegal act of prostitution.
any porn company that thinks they are going to win such a case is going to be facing an uphill battle because these sites can clearly prove that you understand the concept of how the rule of law turns what is normally an illegal act into a legitimate business.
Yet you keep spouting off thinking you are right, when quite clearly you are not.
The devils advocate provides a valuable service to the community because it either clearly identifies the losing case, or it makes you re-evaluate your position improving it so that it is truly effective. |
