Okay, I will update you guys tomorrow. I wish I had more, and had it days ago, but lawyers get paid by the hour.

Joe is preparing a press release regarding this matter and until he has that finalized I don't think it would be proper to jump the gun here. I will have more info for you tomorrow after I speak with him regarding the matter. He's aware of the situation, he's equally unthrilled by it.
