I have a sore freakin throat, my body is aching like crazy, my head feels like its gonna explode with headache. I was never ever sick when I was partying all the time, ever! Now that I am a healthy, half vegan, fucking retard health-o-phobe and exercising and eating right, and drinking tons of water, now I get fucking sick.

Moving around like Ozzy Osbourne again, every faster move or sense of excitement makes my heart beat at 150 bpm..

Just change the environment a bit and get some sex once you get better. Fucking is in general very healthy.

Yea I am sick right now too, and I am on a healthy lifestyle kick. Lost 12lbs or so, put on probably 8 in muscle...

Can't do shit cause my lung capacity is so low.

Yup... same here after about 9 yrs of having no health issues, I've caught the worst flu ever - only lasted 4 days though... very strange all in all.

Get well soon - sleep MUCH and drink lots of hot tea and water.

Oh and blow your nose often, get that shit outta there!
