yeah same here...every time I stop drinking and smoking heavily I get sick

maybe the booze numbs the pain and we just never notice that we are sick

Damn, I feel with you - had to stop drinking and smoking for days already..

Moving around like Ozzy Osbourne again, every faster move or sense of excitement makes my heart beat at 150 bpm..

Just change the environment a bit and get some sex once you get better. Fucking is in general very healthy.

Yea I am sick right now too, and I am on a healthy lifestyle kick. Lost 12lbs or so, put on probably 8 in muscle...

Can't do shit cause my lung capacity is so low.

A whirlpool/sauna/steamroom treatment can do wonders...I was there no less than an hour ago.

Yup... same here after about 9 yrs of having no health issues, I've caught the worst flu ever - only lasted 4 days though... very strange all in all.

Get well soon - sleep MUCH and drink lots of hot tea and water.

Oh and blow your nose often, get that shit outta there!
