3 table spoons of citric acid
6 table spoon baking soda
1 table spoon corn starch
1 table spoon granulated sugar

mix dry ingredients into a bowl and when well mixed together you spoon it all into your subjects ass and plug it with your finger.

Open a can of rootbeer or orange soda and poor about a quarter of the can into your subjects ass and quickly place your finger or other object into subjects ass until you feel the pressure and release and enjoy.
