Antone else get a CCBill check this week that was returned as not payable?

My check from CCBill this week was returned by Bank of America as not payable because the check "wasn't" entered into their system and according to the bank Im not the only one.

I have been trying to get CCBill to help with this problem but all they do is point the finger at Bank of America, which may or may not be true but does nothing to make my check payable.

Beware your CCBill check from this week MAY be returned.

Im really upset with CCBil over this.

If this were MY company check I'd have gone straight to my bank and fixed it day one, CCBill said oh we will resubmit the batch and itll be good tomorrow wiell its tomorrow and it isnt any good still.

Why don't these people simply implement direct deposit

What do you mean it wasn't entered into their system? Is BoA suggesting unless they have a relationship with the check issuer they won't clear the funds? I don't see how this is ccbill's fault, this seems more like a problem with BoA.

wiredguy that is correct CCBill transmits all the check info to BofA and if the check isnt in BofAs system it gets returned

as of right now mine still isnt in the system even though CCBill told me they were resubmitting the batch last night and it would be good today

This should never have gotten to this point CCBill should have contacted their people at Bank of America, they had my check number and amount (they wanted it every time I called) bank of america could then have contacted my branch and said yes the check is good or they should have manually fixed it.

That I have had to spend so much time on the phone at my expense to get this matter resolved is inexcuseable

You know what I just took two CCBill checks down to Bank of America I believe it was Friday and they held one of the checks as well, it wasn't going to clear for like 2 weeks for some reason, I better call my bank.

I was told by CCBill that the checks would be good in another 24 hrs, meantime they have taken steps to resolve the issue to my satsfaction (if they carry them out)

It shouldn't have come to this I don't like to solve these kind of issues here but I gotta say when all else fails a post here will light a fire under em

There was a problem with about 50 checks out of the hundreds we mailed out this week. We can rectify the situation right away so if you are having any issues please contact me right away or you can call 800-510-2859 and ask to speak with a supervisor.
Mike, or anyone else for that matter, please hit me up if you need anything at all.

It's a shame how even in this industry, people still live paycheck to paycheck.
