Who can convert my foreign traffic?
hit me up today.....it can even be mainstream
a sponsor (and i won't name names) has hit me up basically telling me they don't appreciate getting some "unwanted" countries whoever i promote will have to provide the scripting to filter out the foreign traffic & will have to help install it on my own servers

You're going to have to have some damn good traffic for a sponsor to help you setup GeoIP filtering.
It's rather easy with mod_geoip, but that'd be up to your host. Good luck!

Try SPACash V2.0 - they have lot of paysites in 5 languages with GeoIP redirection & different billing methods such as credit cards, sms, adsl calls & dialers
