localbilling - are they OK?
Who uses local billing? I have been having problems getting in touch with them to get info on their services. Maybe some program owners who use their services can help me out instead. Are they a phone billing company or do they offer direct debit services or what?
And are these guys notoriously slow or is their support staff better than their sales staff? |

They are the best at what they do, but limit the number of clients...
