localbilling - are they OK?
 

Who uses local billing? I have been having problems getting in touch with them to get info on their services. Maybe some program owners who use their services can help me out instead. Are they a phone billing company or do they offer direct debit services or what?

And are these guys notoriously slow or is their support staff better than their sales staff?

i hear they only work locally... if you do business interstate or internationally you're SOL

I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a year now :) But they do have some great billing options...

They are the best at what they do, but limit the number of clients... :pimp

thats what I heard, & exactly why I am bothering to pursue them.

They are good and offer a more personal and intimate relationship with you than other billers.

Their clients are limited and their services are exceptional.
