Checking their online time seems like their located in russia or some eastern european country. Could be tuff getting people to trust them with their cards

region to be regulated.

Since we are not effected at all by these regulations we are now
branching out past our traditional payment processing for accepting Dried Codfish, Carribou bones and Seal Intestines
and plan to start accepting all major credit cards, online checks and 900 numbers.

Denmark and Netherlands is in the west - EU european union.
Atleast thats where their banks are and I'm almost sure
they are fromt here to.

Short UIN's.

I said: Ok, what is UIN's and I meant WHAT IS IT !!
I know know it's ICQ numbers. I have a 7 digit UIN
I found when searching ICQ password retrival page.

I'm not from DIBILL so I don't know if you can sell UIN's.
You can best. site cause it's legal in Denmark and Holland.
