The only sites I've found that use them are beastiality sites.

Checking their online time seems like their located in russia or some eastern european country. Could be tuff getting people to trust them with their cards :)

Atleast thats where their banks are and I'm almost sure
they are fromt here to.

Short UIN's.

I said: Ok, what is UIN's and I meant WHAT IS IT !!
I know know it's ICQ numbers. I have a 7 digit UIN
I found when searching ICQ password retrival page.

I'm not from DIBILL so I don't know if you can sell UIN's.
You can best. site cause it's legal in Denmark and Holland.
