supposedly brushing your tongue isn't as good as scraping. Brushing gets all that shit in your toothbrush and just brushes it around where scraping removes. I personally use this baby.

ahhhh, one of the more worthwhile threads on GFY.

I brush my teeth at least twice a day and yes my tongue is included. Also have a scrapper and a tongue cleaning spray.

My last girlfriend use to shave, so, I would get a good tongue scrapping every couple of days or so. My current wife is Brazilian and gets the Brazilian Wax. It has cut down on my tongue scrapping to about once a mouth. Needless to say, because of the shave and wax routines, I rarely floss.

this is very good education. not scraping your toungue can lead to bad breath, its the little pieces of food at the back of the tongue that are rotting and smell.

with the scrapper you have to go as far back as possible
