Problems with Driven Host - GoFuckYourself.com

Im glad I made the horrible mistake of changing server companies just to save a little money...B/c I will never in life do it again. What a disaster it turned out to be. I consider myself to be a novice webmaster and Im learning as I go. I decided to try Driven Host out and it took them 1 month to get my sites up and partially running! Taboot they did not even know how to install autogallery sql....! I first sent an email to have my sites transferred on 12/26 and I have to leave them on 1/25 with a malicous downloader on my site and a complete blue screen on the other one!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...here is a message that a supervisor sent

So this guy stepped in and asked me this question..and like i said earlier I am a novice webmaster so clearly i did not know what the hell he was talking about. All i could do is give him the installation docs that jmbsoft gave me and uunfortunately that still did not help

I am sorry to hear, We have been asking you for weeks now what directory you want this in such as thoseboysarehot.com/autogallery and you continue to give us, its in the instructions. The instructions say to install it in root which removes your main site.

We are more then capable of doing tasks however we require all the information when we ask.

I am going ahead and closing this ticket now, if you have any other questions please let us know.

not good at all....geese makes me think just about anyone can start a hosting company...*thinkin* maybe i should try...lol..lol...
