Does anyone use Business Intellignce Software?
Just wondering what is good and what to stay away from. CRM program recommendations would also be welcome.

If you don't have intelligence of your own, no software will help you. But seriously, SugarCRM is the way to go.

i used crm but for the company that i have worked for... in adult i have never used it... and i have some thoughts that it can make my job easier but i always have no time to start something serious and different...

There is also the truly "open source" CRM package called VTiger http://www.vtiger.com/
It's a fork of SugarCRM. |
