Ahem, I have a dedicated server and wasn't notified it was down (and not coming back) until hours later. They also took over 90 minutes to respond to an escalated ticket. I won't be continuing with them once my contract is up.

Once every blue moon other hosts gets a thread here on GFY... Webair gets at least one a week, sometimes more! If Webair has such solid support then all those threads must be my imagination
