I guess I have never had a major problem that required too much support. Why do you think they suck looking after long term customers?

Because they're rigid. A long time customer who has generated $16k in revenue (not exactly a whale, but it's better than a $5/mo virtual) is treated the same as Joe who signed up last week when he asks for additional resources or products.

As an example: they refused to put my port up to 100Mbps for a month gratis. They HAD to charge me $10.

Dude you must smoke crack or sniff glue. Those natnet issues were caused by a ddos attack and were the first bad nat net issues in a very long time, webair has bad support issues/threads on almost a daily basis, webair is not even close to being in the top few good hosts that post here IMHO.

Ahem, I have a dedicated server and wasn't notified it was down (and not coming back) until hours later. They also took over 90 minutes to respond to an escalated ticket. I won't be continuing with them once my contract is up.

Once again, how about posting some of the problems you are having or had and then we will have something to go on, but just because a bunch of jerk offs say they suck. lets hear what they did to you that make them so bad. Like I said, i have many servers, both dedicated and virtual with no major problems at all. So maybe I have been lucky or maybe you just suck. Either way lets hear your big story.
